Shipping & Returns

Everything you need to know about getting your order to you — and back to us if it doesn't work out.

Shipping

Processing: All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Domestic (US + Puerto Rico): Rates calculated at checkout. Free shipping on orders over $150, automatically applied. Estimated delivery 5–8 business days after shipping.

International: We ship worldwide. Rates calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery 14–20 business days. International orders may incur import duties and taxes (including VAT) that are paid by the customer upon delivery. BUSY THE SHOP is not responsible for these charges.

In-Store Pickup: Free local pickup in Moca, Puerto Rico. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout. Your order will be ready in 2–5 business days. You'll get an email when your order is ready, along with pickup instructions.

Returns

Window: We accept returns within 10 days of delivery for store credit only. No money or credit card refunds.

Eligible: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Non-returnable items:

  • Swimwear
  • White clothing
  • On-sale items
  • Accessories
  • Beauty products

How to start a return

  1. Email us at shopbusybutpretty@gmail.com or WhatsApp 787-546-4764 within 10 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the item you'd like to return.
  2. We'll send return instructions and a shipping address within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).
  3. Pack the item securely with original tags and ship it back. Return shipping is your responsibility.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, store credit is issued within 5 business days to use on your next purchase. Store credit is valid for 30 days from issue date.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or color, follow the return process to receive store credit, then place a new order.

Damaged or wrong item

It happens — we're sorry. Email shopbusybutpretty@gmail.com or WhatsApp 787-546-4764 within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a photo of the item, and a photo of the packaging if there's visible damage. We'll replace or refund — your call.
