SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped, with a tracking number.

Domestic shipping (US + Puerto Rico)

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping on orders over $150, automatically applied. Estimated delivery: 5 to 8 business days after shipping.

International shipping

BUSY THE SHOP ships worldwide. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery: 14 to 20 business days after shipping. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. BUSY THE SHOP is not responsible for these charges; they are the customer's responsibility.

In-store pickup

You can skip shipping fees with free local pickup in Moca, Puerto Rico. After placing your order and selecting Local Pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 2 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready, along with pickup instructions and hours. Please bring your order confirmation email when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 20 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shopbusybutpretty@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or you're missing an item, email shopbusybutpretty@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you — your call.
